Important Rental Information

The Westminister Village clubhouse is available for residents to reserve free of charge for private events, parties, and gatherings. Please review the requirements below before submitting your reservation.

💰 Deposit & Access

A $100 refundable deposit is required prior to receiving access
Deposit can be submitted via check or cash to the board
Access is provided via August Smart Bluetooth Lock
You must provide the phone number linked to your August app account

🧹 Cleaning Requirements

You are required to clean the clubhouse prior to departure
All trash must be placed in bags and put in outside trash containers
All chairs and tables need to be stacked neatly
Cleaning supplies (trash bags, spray, etc.) are provided in the cabinet
A vacuum is provided at the clubhouse for your convenience
The clubhouse will be inspected after your event

💵 Deposit Refund Process

Clean & Damage-Free: Full deposit returned after inspection
Cleaning/Damage Fees: Costs deducted from deposit, balance returned after repairs
Deposits are returned in the same form submitted (check or cash)

⚠️ Important Rules:

Absolutely no glass bottles or containers in the pool area at any time
Only 3M Command Hooks/Strips may be used on walls — no tape, nails, thumbtacks, or adhesives
Make sure you lock the clubhouse when you leave
DO NOT LOCK THE BOTTOM LOCK on the front door

Agreement & Acknowledgment

By submitting this reservation, I acknowledge and agree to the following:

I have read and understand all rental requirements and rules
I will provide a $100 refundable deposit before receiving access
I am responsible for cleaning the clubhouse before departure
I will not use glass containers in the pool area
I will only use 3M Command Hooks/Strips on walls — no tape, nails, or adhesives
I will lock the clubhouse properly (not the bottom lock) when leaving
I understand cleaning/damage fees may be deducted from my deposit
I accept responsibility for any damage caused during my rental period
I will ensure all guests follow HOA rules and regulations
