Pool Access Information & Rules

The amenity area is protected by a fence with a locked gate. Access is available through either a physical key card or digital mobile app. One access method has been issued to each Westminister Village address. Access is available only to homeowners in good standing with current annual dues paid in full.

Access Requirements

Homeowners must be in good standing
Annual dues must be paid in full
One access method (card or app) issued per address
$25 fee for replacement physical cards
Old cards deactivated upon replacement
Digital access through mobile app available
Access revoked if outstanding debt exists

Safety Rules

NO LIFEGUARD ON DUTY - Swim at your own risk!
No swimming alone
NO DIVING
No one under age 16 without adult supervision
No swimming during thunder or lightning
In emergency, call 911 or use red emergency phone

Pool Rules

Pool hours: 8:00am to 10:00pm daily
Homeowners must accompany guests at all times
No smoking or vaping
No glass or metal in or around pool
No running or rough play
No bicycles, skates, or skateboards
Profanity and disorderly conduct not tolerated
Proper swim attire required
Close all umbrellas before leaving — failure to do so may result in damage charges if captured on security cameras
Clean up your area before leaving

Health & Hygiene

No unprotected diapers in pool
No animals allowed in pool enclosure
Street clothes or shoes not allowed in pool
No entry with communicable diseases
No entry with skin, eye, ear, or nasal infections

Agreement and Acknowledgment

I have read and understand the pool rules and safety information above. By signing, I agree to follow these rules and understand that breaking these rules could result in suspended access and may be subject to fines.

I understand and agree that:

There is NO LIFEGUARD ON DUTY — all swimming and pool use is at my own risk
I am responsible for supervising my children and guests at all times
I assume full responsibility for any injury to myself, my family members, or my guests while using the pool and amenity area
I will not hold the Westminister Village HOA, its board members, officers, or agents liable for any injury, accident, loss, or damage occurring in the pool or amenity area
I am responsible for any damage to pool property caused by myself, my family, or my guests — including damage from failure to close umbrellas, which may be verified by security camera footage
Pool amenities are for Westminister Village homeowners and their accompanied guests only
Access may be revoked if I have outstanding debt to the association or violate pool rules
Replacement cards cost $25 and old cards will be deactivated
