Pool Access Information & Rules
The amenity area is protected by a fence with a locked gate. Access is available through either a physical key card or digital mobile app. One access method has been issued to each Westminister Village address. Access is available only to homeowners in good standing with current annual dues paid in full.
Access Requirements
- Homeowners must be in good standing
- Annual dues must be paid in full
- One access method (card or app) issued per address
- $25 fee for replacement physical cards
- Old cards deactivated upon replacement
- Digital access through mobile app available
- Access revoked if outstanding debt exists
Safety Rules
- NO LIFEGUARD ON DUTY - Swim at your own risk!
- No swimming alone
- NO DIVING
- No one under age 16 without adult supervision
- No swimming during thunder or lightning
- In emergency, call 911 or use red emergency phone
Pool Rules
- Pool hours: 8:00am to 10:00pm daily
- Homeowners must accompany guests at all times
- No smoking or vaping
- No glass or metal in or around pool
- No running or rough play
- No bicycles, skates, or skateboards
- Profanity and disorderly conduct not tolerated
- Proper swim attire required
- Close all umbrellas before leaving — failure to do so may result in damage charges if captured on security cameras
- Clean up your area before leaving
Health & Hygiene
- No unprotected diapers in pool
- No animals allowed in pool enclosure
- Street clothes or shoes not allowed in pool
- No entry with communicable diseases
- No entry with skin, eye, ear, or nasal infections
